- Carrot- 1 Medium Size
- Beans- 100 Gram
- Capsicum- 1 Large Size
- Cauliflower (Gobhi)- 150 Gram
- Onion- 1 Large Size
- Tomato- 1 Medium Size
- Cashew Nuts (Kaju)- 8-10 Pieces
- Ginger- 2 Inch
- Garlic- 6-7 Pieces
- Whole Spices (Khade Masale)- 1 Tbsp
- Red Chili Powder- 1 Tbsp
- Coriander Powder- 1 Tbsp
- Turmeric Powder- 1 Tbsp
- Cumin (Jeera) Powder- 1 Tbsp (Optional)
- Curd- 1 Medium Size Bowl
- Potato- 1 Large Size
- Peas- 1 Medium Size Bowl
- Dry Red Chili- 2 Piece
- Oil- 2 Cup
STEP-1
Prepare the Vegetables and Curd Paste for Tasty Mixed Veg
To make tasty Mixed Veg, first of all we will wash and cut all the veggies and keep them in a plate. Friends, here we will cut the veggies into medium size and take curd in a medium size bowl. Friends, here we will make a smooth paste of curd and use it. So you can make a smooth paste by beating the curd well with the help of a whisker or a spoon.
STEP-2
Fry the Vegetables for Tasty Mixed Veg Sabji
Now all our mixed veggies for tasty mixed veg sabji are ready, so we will put about 2 cups of oil in a pan and fry all the mixed veggies well on medium flame till 80% done. Friends, this will take you about 7-8 minutes. Now when our veggies are fried well, we will take them out on a plate.

Prepare the Masala for Mix Vegetable Recipe
Now after this we will prepare the mixed veg masala for our mix vegetable recipe. For preparing the mix vegetable masala, we will heat oil in a pan and then add whole spices and red chili in it. And then after that we will add ginger garlic in it and fry it till it becomes light brown. Now as soon as the ginger garlic becomes light brown, we will add cashews in it and lightly roast it on low flame.

Cook Onions and Tomatoes with Mixed Veggies Recipe Masala
Now as soon as the cashews are roasted, we will put the onion, cut into medium pieces, in it and cook it on medium to low flame till it turns light brown. Now as soon as our onion gets a light brown coating, we will put tomatoes in it and cook it till it gets cooked well. Add Spices & Prepare Masala Paste for Mixed Veg Recipe
Now when our tomatoes are well cooked, we will add 1 Tbsp Red Chili Powder, 1 Tbsp Turmeric Powder, 1 Tbsp Cumin Powder, 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder and 1 Tbsp Salt in it and cook the spices well on low flame.
Friends, to get the spices mixed well and cooked, you can add half cup water and cook the spices well on low flame. Friends, the better you cook the spices, the better their taste will be. So now our masala is ready, we will turn off the gas flame and let it cool down and then as soon as it cools down, we will grind it in the grinder and make a fine paste of it.

Cook the Masala Paste and Add Curd for Mix Veg Recipe
Friends, now we will heat the pan in which we made the masala for our mix veg recipe and put the paste in it and cook it well. Now our curd is well mixed and cooked. So, we will add paneer pieces in it and mix it well and cook it on low flame for 5 minutes so that the paneer gets mixed well with the masala. Next we will add our fried mixed veggies in it and mix it well and cook it on low to medium flame for 5-6 minutes.
