Paneer Bhurji Recipe Ingredients:-
- Paneer (Cottage Cheese) – 300 grams (crumbled)
- Onion – 2 medium-sized (Fine chopped)
- Green Chili – 2-3 pieces (Fine chopped)
- Cumin Seeds – ½ tbsp
- Red Chili Powder – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder – ½ tbsp
- Cumin Powder – 1 tbsp
- Black Salt – 1 tbsp or as per requirement
- Oil – 2-3 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves – 1 small bowl
STEP-1
Preparing the Ingredients for Paneer Bhurji Recipe

Friends, to make paneer bhurji, first of all we will prepare the ingredients. So here we have coarsely mashed the paneer and kept it aside. Now along with this we have taken onions, roasted cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black salt, cumin, green chilli, oil and coriander leaves. Sauteing the Spices and Onions for Tasty Paneer Bhurji

Now we will put the pan on the gas and as soon as our pan gets heated, we will put 2-3 tbsp oil in it. Now as soon as the oil gets hot, we will add ½ tbsp cumin seeds to it and also add green chillies. Friends, as soon as the cumin and green chillies turn light brown, we will put onions in it and cook them on medium flame till they turn light golden. Friends, here we do not have to cook the onions too much.

Cooking the Paneer with Spices for Tasty Paneer Bhurji

Now when the color of onion changes slightly, we will put paneer in it and mix it well while stirring it for 5-6 minutes on low medium flame. Friends, now when the paneer is mixed well with onions, we will add 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder , ½ tbsp turmeric powder and then at last add 1 tbsp (or as per taste) black salt and mix it well and cook the spices well on low medium flame for 5 minutes.
