  • Fenugreek Leaves (Methi) – 1 Large Bowl (Fine Chopped)
  • Potatoes (Aloo)- 2 Medium Size
  • Oil- 3 Tbsp
  • Coriander Powder- 1 Tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder- ½ Tbsp
  • Red Chilli Powder- 1 Tbsp
  • Cumin Seed- 1 Tbsp
  • Dry Ginger Powder- 1 Tbsp
  • Garlic- 8-10 Cloves (Fine Chopped)
  • Salt- As per requirement

STEP-1

To make Aloo Methi Ki Sabji, first of all we will wash the fenugreek leaves thoroughly and chop them finely. Additionally, cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes after washing and peeling them.

Friends, now we will place the pan on the gas and put approximately 3 tablespoons of oil in it. When the oil becomes hot enough, we will add cumin seeds to it.
