- Gram Flour (Besan) – 1 ½ Cup
- Water- 1-2 Cup
- Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)- 1 Medium Size Bowl
- Carom Seeds (Ajwain)- 1 Tablespoon
- Green Chilies (finely chopped)- 4-5
- Red Chili Powder- ½ Tablespoon
- Coriander Powder- 1 Tablespoon
- Turmeric Powder- ½ Tablespoon
- Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder)- 1 Tablespoon
- Black Salt- 1 Tbsp or As Per Requirement
STEP-1
Prepare the Batter for Besan Chilla

To make besan chilla, first of all we will take 1½ Cup Gram Flour in a bowl. Friends now we will add all the ingredients one by one in it, like ½ Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder, 1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder, ½ Tablespoon Turmeric Powder, 1 Tablespoon Cumin Powder, 1 Tablespoon Carom Seeds, One Medium Size Bowl Coriander Leaves (finely chopped), 4-5 finely chopped Green Chilli and Salt as per requirement.

Prepare the Smooth Batter for tasty Besan Ka Cheela

Friends, now we will gradually add water and whisk it well to create a smooth batter. Friends, now we will add a little water and mix it well while stirring with a whisk and make a smooth paste. You can also mix it with a spoon. Friends, while making the flour paste, you have to keep in mind that the paste should not be too thick or too thin.

Cook the Besan Ka Chilla

Now when our flour batter is mixed well, we will place the pan on the gas and as soon as the pan becomes hot, we will put 1-2 tablespoon oil/ghee in it and spread it nicely in the entire pan. Now after this, when our oil is spread well, we will put our flour batter in it and with the help of a spoon, we will spread it nicely like a roti.
