- Potato- 7-8 Medium Size
- Bread- 7-8 Slices
- Gram Flour (Besan)- 1 Medium Size Bowl
- Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi)- 1 Tbsp
- Cumin Seed- 1 Tbsp
- Coriander Seed- 1 Tbsp
- Green Chili- 3-4 Pieces
- Carom Seeds (Ajwain)- 1 Tbsp
- Coriander Leaves- 1 Small Bowl
- Green Peas (Matar)- 1 Small Bowl
- Coriander Powder- 1 Tbsp
- Red Chili Powder- 2 Tbsp
- Turmeric Powder- 1 Tbsp
- Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder)- 1 Tbsp
- Salt- 2 Tbsp or As Per Requirement
- Oil- 2-3 Cup
- Water- 1 Cup or as per requirement
STEP-1
Boil and Mash Potatoes for Tasty Bread Pakora
Guys, to make Bread Pakora, first of all we will keep the potatoes in the pressure cooker to boil till 3-4 whistles come. And then as soon as our potatoes are boiled, we will cool them, peel them and mash them.
STEP-2
Prepare the Spiced Filling for Bread Pakoda
Now to make our tasty bread pakora, we will prepare the potato filling. First, we will put a pan on the gas and as soon as the pan gets hot we will put oil in it. Friends, here as soon as our oil gets hot enough, we will add coriander seeds and cumin seeds to it and then after that we will put finely chopped green chillies in it and cook it till it becomes light brown.

Add Peas and Potatoes to the Bread Pakora Filling
As soon as our green chillies turn light brown, we will put peas in it and after adding peas, we will keep stirring the peas on low-medium flame for about 3-4 minutes and then after that we will add boiled potatoes in it and keep stirring for 2-3 minutes.

Spice Up the Bread Pakoda Filling
Now our potatoes have been mixed well with the peas. Next, we will add 1 Tbsp Kasuri Methi to it and also add 1 Tbsp Turmeric Powder, 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder, 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder, 1 Tbsp Cumin powder and 1 Tbsp Salt and mix it well.

Final Touch to the Bread Pakora Filling
Friends, now our spices have mixed well with the potatoes and are cooked, so we will turn off the gas flame and garnish the potatoes with coriander leaves and mix it well.

Prepare the Gram Flour Batter for Bread Pakora
Now the filling is ready to fill in our bread. Next, we will put 1 cup gram flour in a bowl and put 1 Tbsp Ajwain, 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder and 1 Tbsp Salt in it and then add little water and mix it well and make a paste of gram flour. Guys, here we do not have to make the gram flour paste very thick.

Assemble the Bread Pakora and Heat the Oil
Now our gram flour batter is ready. We will put a pan on the gas and add about 2-3 cups of oil in it and keep it for heating. So till the oil gets heated properly, we will take a slice of a bread and fill our potato filling in it with the help of a spoon and then cover it with another bread slice and cut it in triangle shape with the help of a knife.

Coat and Fry the Bread Pakora
Now in the same way we will fill the filling in the remaining bread and cut them in a triangle shape. Further, we will put the bread, which we had cut in triangle shape, in the gram flour batter and put it in the pan and fry it well on medium-low flame by turning it from both the sides.
