  • Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder) : 1 Tablespoon
  • Carom Seeds (Ajwain) : 2 Tablespoons
  • Green Chilies (Hari Mirchi) : 2-3 Pieces
  • Turmeric Powder: Half Tablespoon
  • Coriander Powder: Half Tablespoon
  • Salt: 3 Tablespoons
  • Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasoori Methi) : 1 Small Bowl
  • Water: 2 Cups
  • Ghee/Refined Oil (Clarified Butter or Refined Oil) : 1 Small Bowl

To make Mooli Paratha (Radish Paratha), first of all we will wash the radish thoroughly and peel it and then grate it.
