  • Wheat Flour (Aata) – 1 Medium Size Bowl/ 6-7 Tbsp
  • Dry Fruits- 1 Small Bowl
  • Mixed Seeds- 1 Small Bowl
  • Milk- 2 Cup
  • Water- 1 Cup
  • Ghee (Clarified Butter)- 2 Tbsp
  • Sugar- 4-5 Tbsp

STEP-1
Lapsi Recipe: Preparing Ingredients and Heating Ghee

To make a tasty lapsi dish, first of all, we will take out all the ingredients in a plate which we have to use in lapsi dish. Now we will put the pan on the gas and as soon as the pan gets hot, we will put 2 tbsp of ghee in it.

Roasting Wheat Flour to Enhance Flavor of Lapsi Kheer

As soon as the ghee gets hot, we will put about 6-7 tbsp of wheat flour in it and then roast it well on low flame for 12-15 minutes. Friends, here we do not have to hurry in roasting the flour because the better our flour is roasted, the tastier the lapsi kheer dish will be.

Adding Milk & Water for a Smooth Mixture of Lapsi Recipe

Friends, now as soon as our flour gets roasted properly, we will add 2 cups of Milk and 1 cup of water to it. Guys, the thing to be noted here is that we will keep stirring it well on low flame and mix it so that there are no lumps in it. Now as soon as the flour gets mixed well with the milk, we will set the gas flame to medium and will cook it well until our halwa becomes slightly thick.

Adding Sugar, Dry Fruits & Seeds for Richness in Lapsi Dish

Now as soon as the halwa starts getting thick, we will again lower the flame of the gas and add sugar in it and cook it for about 4-5 minutes. After this, we will add dry fruits and mixed seeds in it and cook it for about 2 to 3 minutes and mix it well with the halwa.
