  • Green Chilli- 3-4 piece chopped (Optional)

  • Noodles- 01 packet medium size

  • Vinegar- 3 Tbsp 

  • Soya Sauce- 03 Tbsp

  • Red Chilli Powder- 1 Tbsp or as per requirement

  • Jeera Powder-  01 small Tbsp

  • Coriander Powder- 01 small Tbsp

  • Salt- As per taste

STEP-1
Boiling Noodles Perfectly for Veg Noodles or Chow Mein

First, to make tasty Veg Noodles or Chow Mein, we will boil the Noodles/Chow Mein. For this, we will put 4-5 cups of water in a pan. Along with that, we will add 2 tablespoons of oil so that the Noodles/Chow Mein don’t stick together. Friends, as soon as the water heats up, we will add the noodles and reduce the flame to medium. We will boil the noodles for 5-7 minutes. After that, we will turn off the flame and, after draining the water, we will set the noodles aside to cool.
