Jeera Powder- 01 small Tbsp
Coriander Powder- 01 small Tbsp
Salt- As per taste
STEP-1
Boiling Noodles Perfectly for Veg Noodles or Chow Mein
First, to make tasty Veg Noodles or Chow Mein, we will boil the Noodles/Chow Mein. For this, we will put 4-5 cups of water in a pan. Along with that, we will add 2 tablespoons of oil so that the Noodles/Chow Mein don’t stick together. Friends, as soon as the water heats up, we will add the noodles and reduce the flame to medium. We will boil the noodles for 5-7 minutes. After that, we will turn off the flame and, after draining the water, we will set the noodles aside to cool.

Now, while our noodles are cooling, we will wash and chop our vegetables well.
