- Coriander Powder (Dhaniya Powder)- 1 Tbsp
- Ginger-Garlic Paste- 1 Tbsp
- Green Chilies- 2-3 Fine Chopped
- Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasoori Methi)- 2 Tbsp
- Fresh Coriander Leaves (Dhaniya Patti)- 1 Small Cup
- Black Salt- 1-2 Tbsp
- Chaat Masala- 1 Tbsp
- Water- 1 glass or as required
- Oil- 2 Cups
STEP-1
Prepare Veggies & Ingredients for Aloo Pyaz Pakora Recipe

To make Aloo Pyaaj Pakora, first of all we will peel the potatoes and onions and wash them well and cut them into thin long pieces. And at the same time we will prepare all the ingredients as well.

Now when our potatoes and onions are cut well, we will take 1 cup of gram flour and in that cup we will add half cup of rice flour.
