- Dry Red Chillies – 8 to 10 pieces
- Garlic Cloves – 10 to 12 pieces
- Asafoetida (Hing) – 1 small tablespoon
- Chilli Flakes – 1 tablespoon
- Flax Seeds – 1 medium-sized bowl
- Black Salt – 1 tablespoon
- Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – 1 tablespoon
STEP-1
Gather All Ingredients for Flaxseed Chutney Recipe

Friends, to make tasty Flaxseed Chutney, first of all we will prepare all the ingredients, so see this, here we have taken 1 medium size bowl of flaxseed, 8-10 pieces of dried red chilli, 10-12 pieces of garlic, 1 small Tbsp asafoetida, 1 Tbsp cumin, 1 Tbsp chilli flakes and 1 Tbsp black salt.

Dry Roast the Flaxseeds on Low Flame for Tasty Alsi Ki Chutney

Friends, after the ingredients are ready, we will put a pan/kadahi on the gas and as soon as the pan gets hot, we will add flaxseed and then dry roast it. Friends, while roasting flaxseed, we have to keep the flame of the gas low so that the flaxseed gets roasted well.

Dry Roast Red Chillies, Garlic, Cumin & Hing

So now when the flaxseed is roasted, we will take it out in a vessel and then in that pan we will dry roast whole red chilli, asafoetida, cumin and garlic on low flame for 4-5 minutes. Friends, now as soon as all these are roasted, we will take them out in a vessel and let them cool down.
