Friends, to make boondi raita we will take all the ingredients. So here we have taken half litre of chilled buttermilk in a vessel. If you do not have buttermilk then you can make buttermilk by whisking curd. Mix All Ingredients into the Buttermilk and Let it Chill

Friends, now in the vessel in which we had kept buttermilk, we will put boondi approx. 1 medium sized bowl. And then add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chillies.
